FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (anything outside of the US / US territories): 8 ounces in weight or less — $10.00 ; more than 8 ounces in weight — $17.50.
FLAT RATE NATIONAL SHIPPING: $5.00 ; orders over $35 after discounts have been accounted for will be shipped FREE.
All orders placed will undergo a 1-7 day processing period before being shipped (this does not include weekends or official holidays). Our standard national shipping length takes anywhere from 1-7 days depending on when the order was placed, where the shipping address is located, post office times/holidays, etc. Our standard international shipping length takes anywhere from 2-10 days depending on when the order was placed, where the shipping address is located, post office times/holidays, etc. Once the package is delivered to the post office, the package is no longer our responsibility! If you provided the incorrect address when placing your order, you will not receive a refund. If your package is lost during transit or is delivered to a location that was not the address described on the package, please contact your local post office for assistance with this situation. We apologize for any inconveniences that this policy may cause.
If your package is returned to us due to the address being invalid, you will NOT receive a refund. We will contact you through email to 1. let you know that the package was returned to us, and 2. to request that you re-pay the shipping fee on your order and provide the correct address. If there is no response within 1-2 days, we will cancel your order. Once the package is given to the post office, we are no longer in control of what happens to your package. Please keep all of these things in mind before purchasing.
Return / Refund Policies
If you receive an incorrect order, are missing an item/items from your order, or have a serious issue with your order, you will be able to contact our support email and receive a refund. When sending a refund email, please include the order number, the name and email address on the order, and photos of the incorrect order that you received. If your email inquiry requesting a refund is missing any of the information mentioned above, your refund request will be denied and you will have to resubmit your refund inquiry. If your refund inquiry is sent through our direct messages instead of through our contact email, your refund request will be ignored. Your refund will be issued immediately after the email has been reviewed unless you get a response stating otherwise. Depending on the order error/errors, the refund will either be full or partial. The time that you receive your refund will depend on your bank and/or your payment option. We do NOT accept returns at all! We reserve the right to refuse any refund request.
Product Ingredient Disclaimers
Every individual product will come with an ingredients list and disclaimers in the description for buying convenience. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or unsatisfactory claims after a customer purchases an item, since all allergy-related and product-related information WILL be included in the description. For example: if the product says it is NOT vegan (which would be listed in the description) and a customer purchases it under the impression that it is vegan, we are not responsible for any complaints or issues from the said customer in this situation. This policy is prone to exceptions. We will not issue any refunds for orders that resulted in allergic reactions. If a customer attempts to send in a refund request because they “did not like the product” or “the item is not as described”, their request will be denied.
Brand Hygiene / Sanitation
Every product undergoes a process of multiple cleanings and proper hygiene methods to ensure that the product is sterile and safe to use for the customer. These products are residentially made and are not made in a factory. We take all necessary sanitation and safety precautions throughout the entire production procedure. All of our ingredients and packaging we use for our products are placed in a clean, room temperature environment to ensure shelf life and prevent any form of contamination. The entire product-making process is done in a clean and safe environment. Gloves are used at ALL steps in the process. Not only will the packaging be washed beforehand, but they will also be washed after the products have been filled to ensure that the outside of the packaging is clean. Products are always sanitized right before shipment.
